cellar & folly was started to make whiskey and to bring people together. what began in a basement in 2017 as a routine whiskey and cheese night between friends grew into a passion for crafting quality spirits and forging new friendships. we hope each bottle finds you in the place we were that inspired us to start cellar & folly whiskey company: sharing good times with friends and family over a nice tall glass of whiskey.
